Summary note
Contains a calendar of "lucky and unlucky days" in K'eq'chi, with months and certain feast days written in Spanish. No year indicated, but the date 1867 is written in pen on fol. 6v on day 16 of the month of October. Also includes 4 lines of religious music with K'eq'chi text on fol. 8v, and a Latin prayer (Salve Regina?) on fol. 9v. The manuscript was probably written in Lanquin, Alta Verapaz (Guatemala), where it was later acquired by William Gates. Together with typed transcription (2 copies) laid in.
